RBC Bluesfest Band Coach

I believe that as a effective band coach you would want to balance building a solid musical foundation with the creative tearing down of conventions. Experience as both a journeyman as well as a frontman in many bands in many styles has demonstrated to me the importance of listening, understanding your role as well everyone else's role in the group, sonically, creatively, musically; and then performing your part with confidence and updated version of the value in a group effort.

The RBC Bluesfest - Be in the Band Instructors Band 2018 in action. This was real blast working with these professionals. The Blues in the School program has been doing good things for the music community for many years now and I'm glad to be part of it.
